Emacs and Forth

This is another work in progress for me. Emacs has a 'terminal' mode which allows one to edit in one Emacs sub window, run code on a live Mecrisp-Stellaris MCU in another Emacs sub window and so on.

    - either learn how to program LISP to insert serial line delays when uploading to the mecrisp-stellaris target
    - or  use serial handshaking in emacs and the target
